For a cross-border return, keep both the merchant receipt and the settled card charge. Record when the merchant confirms the refund and when it appears in the card account; these are separate events.

Log the purchase currency, original amount, assets deducted, BRL-equivalent cost and settled refund. Check the card’s own refund conversion policy: purchase and refund exchange rates can differ. If amounts do not match, first verify the merchant’s refund, then the issuer’s policy and any reward adjustment. Send transaction references through official support and remove personal information before sharing evidence publicly.

假設 100 USD 購物入帳為 520 BRL，同樣 100 USD 的退款入帳為 505 BRL，差額是 15 BRL。記錄購買、入帳、退款核准與退款到帳日期，以及兩種幣別金額；另外查核匯率、費用和回饋收回。不能只憑這些假設差額斷定商家少退款。

取消、解除圈存與退款不同

付款失敗但餘額變少，先查原交易是授權圈存還是已入帳購買。等待完成的授權與商家發出的退款是不同流程；商家說已取消，不等於可用餘額立即恢復。

KAST 說明商家核准後通常需 10–15 個工作天，部分達 30 個工作天。RedotPay 也區分商家退款與失敗付款圈存返還。不要把不同產品的時程混成所有退款的共同期限。

退款金額不同時檢查四件事

分開看商家退回的原 BRL 金額、卡片幣別入帳、未退的原手續費，以及被收回的回饋。RedotPay 說明原交易費可能不包含在退款中。KAST 未明列 BRL 退款匯率，不要保證相同加密資產數量會回來。

需追蹤時，準備原交易編號、商家退款處理日及編號、收據與 App 狀態。把商家附日期的確認和目前狀態一起交給客服，比只說「退款沒到」更容易查明。
