Steps on the official site or app
- Open Identity Verification from your UPay profile and choose your actual region and ID issuing country.
- Submit readable ID photographs and the liveness check, then wait for the review.
- Choose a product under Card, open Collateral/Recharge, and select the supported currency and amount.
- Review whether this is collateral or recharge and the final fee before confirming; activate a received physical card with its code and set its PIN.

- Check the decline reason, balance, limits and activation status. For an unfamiliar payment, use the available card-lock control and notify official support promptly.
- What to prepare for support
- Prepare the merchant, date, amount, currency, transaction ID, status and refund reference. Ask support for the destination, expected posting date and dispute deadline. Do not send a full card number or wallet secret.
