The essentials
- Match the network on both sides, not just the USDC name.
- A test must meet the deposit minimum after fees.
- Verify transfer completion, account credit and card spendability separately.
Start at the receiving screen
Open the card account’s official deposit screen first, select USDC and inspect its available networks. Then check whether the sending exchange or wallet offers the same combination. Choosing a cheap withdrawal network first and trying to fit a receiving address around it reverses the useful order and can conceal an unsupported route.
For a transfer from a Korean exchange, also review that exchange’s permitted destinations and identity-verification process. A card provider’s supported-deposit list does not establish the exchange’s permission to send there. If the two screens do not align, ask official support about an available route before improvising an intermediate transfer.
Make the test small enough, but creditable
RedotPay directs users to its app for networks and deposit minimums, which must be met after fees. An automatic “send one USDC” rule is therefore unsuitable. Write the sending amount and expected receiving amount side by side, checking where the fee shown on the current screen is deducted.
Complete the checklist before sending your test. Copy the address freshly from the official deposit screen and compare the full string. A previously saved address is no reason to skip network verification. The test establishes the supported combination and your account’s crediting process; it does not create an exception to the minimum.
- Asset: USDC and the displayed token type
- Network: identical sending and receiving choice
- Arrival amount: above the minimum after fees
- Address: full comparison with the current screen

Confirm success in three stages
Check the transfer’s completion, the deposit entry inside your card account and the balance available for payment, in that order. Seeing a completed blockchain transfer alone does not establish a ready card budget. Save the time, network, transaction hash and received amount, linking them to the deposit entry for a useful support record.
If the test is delayed, avoid repeatedly sending the same amount. Investigate the missing credit first and provide its transaction hash and network to support. Even after success, review the address and conditions before sending the remainder, sizing the next transfer around upcoming purchases rather than moving your entire balance automatically.
