The essentials

  • Start from the receiving screen
  • Make the test large enough to credit
  • Track the deposit before using the card

Start from the receiving screen

Imagine a Guadalajara freelancer has USDC on an exchange and wants to fund a card for local purchases. Open the receiving app first, select the asset and inspect its available networks. A familiar ticker is not enough: the exchange withdrawal must match that receiving asset and network exactly.

KAST’s checked list distinguishes supported deposits from supported withdrawals; those lists are not interchangeable. It lists USDT on TRON but not USDC on TRON. Treat this as a useful mismatch example, then confirm the currently displayed Receive options rather than sending from memory or an old saved screenshot.

  • Match asset, network and destination address.
  • Check any required memo or tag.
  • Check the amount arriving after fees.

Make the test large enough to credit

RedotPay says a deposit must meet its minimum after network fees to be credited. Therefore, the smallest amount your exchange lets you send may be a poor test. Read both the exchange’s withdrawal cost and the receiving minimum before choosing a modest amount that satisfies the applicable conditions.

For a hypothetical 20 USDT test, do not assume that 20 arrives if the sending service deducts a fee from the amount. Inspect its net-receive field. A successful small test validates that particular route at that moment; recheck the address and options before making a larger subsequent transfer.

Track the deposit before using the card

Save the asset, network, receiving address, sending amount and transaction hash together. Compare the blockchain status with the receiving app’s balance. A sender’s completed withdrawal is useful evidence, but the practical finish line for your supermarket purchase is a balance that the card account makes available for spending.

If the deposit is missing, use official support with those details and avoid sending a duplicate to “unstick” it. A wrong network or unsupported token can make recovery difficult or impossible. Do not give a supposed recovery agent a wallet seed phrase, login code or payment to a private address.
