Refunds & support
- Cancellations, refunds and support
- For a completed APAC purchase, request a merchant refund and keep the order/refund confirmation. For an authorization hold, first ask whether the merchant finalized payment; the APAC guide publishes no separate hold-release deadline.
- How long does it take?
- Typically within seven business days; exceptional cases may take 30–45 business days. If the normal period passes, send in-app support the order details and merchant confirmation for a trace.
- Where is it returned?
- APAC refunds use the processing-time exchange rate with no refund fee. The guide does not identify a fixed returned token: confirm the credited card balance with support rather than assuming an on-chain return to the original wallet.
- Cancellation and subscriptions
- Card → Manage → Freeze Card temporarily blocks use. Ask support about permanent closure and remaining balance; cancel subscriptions with the merchant separately. APAC card top-ups cannot be withdrawn to the original wallet.
- Declined or unfamiliar transactions
- Check available card balance and card details; for phone payments, verify wallet enrollment and NFC. Save the order reference, amount and error screenshot, then contact in-app support; report duplicate charges through the same route.
- What to prepare for support
- Open Home → avatar → Support in the top-right corner and provide order details and screenshots. Include the merchant’s processing date and refund reference for a missing credit.
