- Under Add → Stablecoin Deposit, select token and network and use the displayed address and memo.
- After on-chain confirmation, check the USD or EUR spendable credit and use the card available at your tier.

- Ordinary-purchase refund timing is unverified; external card-transfer timing concerns a different process.
- Where is it returned?
- Refund currency, balance and rate are unverified. Ask support which USD, EUR or GBP account receives the refund.
- Cancellation and subscriptions
- Ask support about card-only closure. Profile → Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes the account; official guidance requires exporting the private key first.
- Declined or unfamiliar transactions
- With sufficient funds, limits or merchant security checks can still cause declines. Review regional limits in-app and contact support if it persists.
- What to prepare for support
- Use Contact support in the Wirex One help center. For a lost Metal card, freeze it in-app immediately and report it.
